How do I request a service visit?
Call 250-258-7004 or email service@elevatedoors.ca to discuss the issue. You can also check the service request page for online request availability. Our office will confirm the appointment and service scope with you.
Can you work on a door you didn’t install?
Yes. We provide service for commercial and industrial doors of different makes and models, including doors installed by another company. Tell us what needs attention when you request service.
What information is helpful when I get in touch?
Have the service address, type of door and a short description of the issue ready. For parts, a manufacturer name, model or part number can help us understand what you need.
Where do I find my project or sign in?
Project partners can use Trade Connect to access shared drawings and RFIs. Team members can find the technician portal and staff sign-in links at the bottom of this page.
